Letter From Our President:
The values of The Arnold Group have remained consistent since our earliest days. My parents, George and Marion, started this business with the desire to impact and influence other’s lives in a positive and productive manner. They applied this foundational concept to everyone they came in contact with, and embraced and lived the values of leadership, integrity and respect in their daily interactions.
Growing up, I watched them model these behaviors first hand as I started my first of many jobs within the family business when I was a teenager. The early years were tough, but my parents dug in, and were committed to providing a great service experience to organizations seeking employment service solutions, and individuals in need of employment assistance. Through dedication and hard work, they were able to grow and expand their business, often attributing their success to the strong relationships they built by putting others first.
Business and economic environments continually change, but we always adapt. Tough times don’t last, tough teams do… as we navigate various changes, we stay true to the A.R.N.O.L.D. values and beliefs. I’m proud to honor my parents’ legacy, and recognize it takes all of us to do so – we truly are the TAG Family. Promoting and building their legacy has only been possible through the dedication, desire, commitment, and persistence of past and present TAG Family members.
We truly value every member of our TAG Family and understand that your success is ultimately our success. With the third generation active in the business, we continue to build upon our foundation through continuous improvements and developments that keep us at the forefront of our industry.
As in the past, our focus remains on fostering relationships with others to achieve our goals, especially the relationships within our TAG Family team members. People matter and relationships are paramount to our success. The Arnold Group is a family business in more ways than one… WE are TAG – we learn from the past, live and work in the present, and build the future, together.

Office & Work Culture
Every workplace has a unique environment, and ours is no exception. Each of our offices have their own team-dynamics and subcultures that are unique to that office and team, but the TAG culture as a whole is one like no other. We don’t just talk the talk when it comes to focusing on building and fostering relationships… we walk the walk. As a family-owned company, we maintain those family-first values and strive to make genuine, personal connections with every member of our team.
Our Leadership and Management teams are constantly going the extra mile to show genuine appreciation and care for every member of the TAG Family and their hard work and dedication. In keeping an open mind and willingness to adapt to shifting economic and cultural changes, they’ve created an environment where every team member feels valued and appreciated, while also focusing on each individual’s unique path and career development. Assisting with appreciation and morale are our office dogs Tucker and Piper, who patrols our corporate office for treats and likes to visit the other branches as their schedule allows.
We work hard, and we play hard with every team member not only working together to achieve goals, but also supporting and building each other up. Every job, company, and industry comes with challenges to overcome and struggles to manage – but the TAG Family manages and overcomes together, and isn’t afraid to let loose every once in a while, whether it’s drinks after work, company events like Top Golf, baseball games and company trips, or mid-day vent sessions, nerf wars, snack breaks and office pranks.
