David Cox
Director of Executive search
As Director of Executive Search, David partners with clients to align executive and technical hiring strategies with their organization’s unique mission and goals. Prior to joining TAG, David gained extensive experience with PwC in Big 4 Accounting & Consulting and Edgile, where he focused on serving cyber and cloud security clients. He has also held leadership roles in Executive Search and Staffing at a national firm as well as served as an equity partner in his own firm.
David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Newman University and brings 20+ years of leadership in Talent Acquisition and HR to the team. He has been recognized as Wichita HR Professional of the Year and has served as Chapter President and in various other leadership roles for the Wichita SHRM Board.
Outside of work, David enjoys golfing, skiing, traveling, and spending time with family – especially doting on his first granddaughter, Sophia.
Clinton Chlumsky
Executive Recruiter
Working to make strategic matches, Clinton joined The Arnold Group in 2017 and focuses on building long-term relationships with clients and candidates. He is a very competitive, persistent, and detail-oriented Executive Recruiter which drives him to accelerate the career growth for individuals while keeping his client’s best interest in mind.
Clinton brings a strong customer service background from his previous positions as a Material Damage Adjuster and Service Advisor, and holds a BS in Business Administration and Management from Bethel College in Newton, KS.
Outside of the office, Clinton enjoys golfing, working in the garden, and spending time with family – doing all things “Dad.”
Dakota Longpine
Executive Recruiter
As an Executive Recruiter, Dakota focuses on identifying and attracting top talent from organizations of varying sizes for his client’s most critical leadership roles such as Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Manufacturing Management and others.
Prior to joining TAG in 2018, Dakota recruited and placed Engineering and Security Clearance professionals in contract positions with aerospace and defense clients throughout the United States. He is a member of the W-A Community of Young Professionals, and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Ottawa University. Motivated, reliable and determined, Dakota remains positive throughout the entire process and believes every experience provides learning and growth opportunities.
Outside of work, Dakota enjoys racing, DIY projects and hanging out with his kids – including two Great Danes.
