Paycard FAQ’s

No. Although Wisely has this option available to employers to provide, The Arnold Group’s pay system does not allow for funds to be deposited or accessed early.

You will be paid an hourly wage and prior to the start of your assignment, you will be told how to record and report your time. Time worked is due by 10:00 a.m. every Monday. Payday is every Friday for time worked in the preceding week. You will receive your pay electronically either by direct deposit to your bank account or by a paycard. No paper checks will be issued.

Paycards operate similar to traditional PIN-based debit cards. The Arnold Group (TAG) issues paycards to our employees and electronically deposits (loads) wages into the paycard account each pay period.

PIN is an acronym for Personal Identification Number – a four (4) digit/numeric code.

If you do not sign up for direct deposit, a paycard will be issued to you on or before your first TAG payday (Friday.) You can pick up your paycard from any of The Arnold Group’s locations. Keep your paycard in a safe place.

Earned wages from the previous workweek are available every Friday.

Your earnings statement/paystub can be accessed from TAG’s WebCenter.
